Our association improves its operations by introducing a quality management system according to ISO9001: 2015.
During the summer months, in several working meetings with our members, we defined a business process model. By the end of this year, we will develop procedures that will ensure quality in:
– Management of internal processes in our association,
– Delivery of services to our clients
– Communication with our partners, associates, donors,
– Professional development of our members
Through out the process of introducing a Quality Management System according to ISO9001: 2015, we are guided by an expert from T&P Consulting.
