In the scope of the project “Together we are stronger in the digital world”, implemented through the support program in the form of the EU Civil Resilience Mechanism (CRM), within the framework of the EU-funded project “Technical assistance to improve the enabling environment for civil society organizations in Republic of North Macedonia” training for mentors for elderly was realized. The mentors, in the coming period, will help elderly in their local communities to acquire digital skills and manage their smart devices more easily. Activities with elderly are in accordance with the Digital Literacy Program for the Elderly and the Cyber Security Modules developed by our association.

The two-day training was held in Struga, at Hotel “Solferino” on September 28th and 29th. 8 young people, active volunteers in the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia, acquired knowledge and skills to work with elderly.
