The vision of EC Impact is the creation of a society with equal opportunities for all and is correlated in the vision of the association, the founder – Readiness for Europe. It is based on the universal principles of civil society and participatory democracy, rule of law, balanced and sustainable socio-economic development, non-violence, respect and interdependence and cultural diversity.

The mission is aimed at the integration and social inclusion of vulnerable groups of people (elderly, unemployed, people with low incomes, etc.) in social life by enabling work engagement in the educational process of children

As an additional value of the services offered by EC Impact, part of the acquired income will be reinvested in providing services that will be educational support for children from socially vulnerable categories (single-parent families, families with low monthly incomes, etc.)

The main goal of EC Impact is to create a new, innovative and inclusive model for education and implementation of educational activities.

Specific objectives:

SO1. To increase the integration of older persons in social life through their work engagement in the educational process of children;

SO2. To increase the employment rate among older people and

SO3. To offer alternative and financially acceptable educational services
